We are currently seeking an experienced Logistics Administrator to help out our client throughtout their peak season, based at Howden GOOLE.
The Role :
This is based on site working within a team, managing all aspects of administration for approx 6 months or longer.
Dealing with drivers, the logistic team and management team.
Planning shipments based on product availability and customer requests.
Tracking orders to ensure timely deliveries.
Preparing shipping documents, Invoices, purchase orders and Billings.
All warehouse and inventory including stock checks
Requirements:
You will need to be competant with Excel and SAP systems.
Confident liasing with customers, drivers , warehouse team and cross departmental associates, via email, phone and in person.
Hours of Work:
Working Full time Monday - Thursday 8.00am - 16.30pm and Friday 7.00am - 13.00pm.
Pay and Benefits:
Weekly pay
Pay rate £11.62/hr
