Key Responsibilities
Classroom Support: Work with the teacher to deliver engaging lessons and keep students motivated.
Class Coverage: Lead the classroom during the teacher's absence, ensuring a productive learning atmosphere.
Interventions: Conduct small and large group interventions focused on literacy and numeracy skills, tailored to meet diverse student needs.
Behaviour Management: Apply effective strategies to foster respect and maintain a safe learning environment.
Individual Support: Provide targeted assistance to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN), promoting inclusivity.
Communication: Keep open lines of communication with teachers, parents, and support staff regarding student progress and concerns.
Safeguarding: Adhere to safeguarding policies to ensure student well-being.

Duration: Ongoing, with potential continuation into the next academic year

Full Time/Part Time: Full Time
Hours: 8:20 AM - 3:45 PMQualifications and Experience
Qualifications: Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent.
Experience: At least 12 weeks of experience working with children in a UK school.
Training: Recent safeguarding training preferred; some training will be provided.Eligibility Requirements
To qualify, you must:
Have the Right to Work in the UK.
Hold an enhanced DBS certificate or be willing to apply for one.
Provide two professional references from childcare or educational settings.Additional Benefits
