Accounts Assistant - Contract role 12 months

My client is looking to recruit a key team member within their office, based in Milnsbridge.
Working within a small, friendly, close-knit environment, duties will include:
* Control all day-to-day financials using Sage 50
* Purchase Ledger
* Sales Ledger
* Credit Control
* Keep in contact with and prepare accounts for the Bank
* Keep an eye on all customers
* Working closely with the debtor insurance provider
* Marry up all purchase orders when received with invoices and chase where necessary
* Ensure all files, reports, details and information is securely and neatly stored
* Answering the phones politely and helpfully
* Dealing with customers and suppliers efficiently on the phone and on email
* Sales and Purchase order entering
