HR Administrator
Yate
£14.50 per hour(umbrella)
Full Time Contract (6 Months)
Novax Recruitment is actively seeking a HR Administrator in Yate. This is a contract with a scope for extension working full time hours.
The job:
On a daily basis will process all actions accurately and in line with our payroll deadlines relating to employee lifecycle transactions, for example Acting up's, honorarium, grade and hour changes
Support the leaver process through our HR system
Input all payroll actions on to our HR/Payroll system (Resourcelink)
Issuing Contracts for all new starters using our computerized Recruitment system.
Supporting the delivery of specialist processes and procedures ensuring that all customers receive an effective, functioning service and information is providedThe candidate:
Previous experience in a similar role for a local authority is desirable
NVQ 2 Level 2 qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration or Customer Services, or equivalent experience
Have experience of HR and/or recruitment administration, processes and procedures gained in a similar organisation and understand the interface required between HR and payroll functions
