Conduct day-to-day maintenance surveying

Implement proactive maintenance strategies to enhance housing quality

Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate maintenance activities Preferred Requirements:

Proven experience in maintenance surveying or a related field

Strong understanding of building regulations and health & safety standards

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Ability to prioritize and manage multiple maintenance projects effectively

Adeptness in utilizing surveying tools and software Preferred Qualifications:

Relevant degree or certification in surveying, building maintenance, or a similar field
