Application Requirements:
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience in Early Years (EYFS) education.
• A strong understanding of the EYFS curriculum and child development.
• Excellent classroom management skills and the ability to create an inclusive learning environment.
• Enthusiastic, creative, and dedicated to making a positive difference in the lives of young children.
• Ability to engage with parents and work as part of a dynamic teaching team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and deliver exciting and creative lessons that follow the EYFS curriculum.
• Foster a positive and nurturing classroom environment, ensuring all students feel valued and supported.
• Monitor student progress and provide timely feedback to students and parents.
• Create and maintain strong relationships with parents, ensuring they are fully informed about their child’s progress.
• Work collaboratively with teaching assistants and other members of staff to ensure the best learning outcomes for all students.
