About the role: Are you passionate about working with young children and want to help them grow and thrive in a nurturing and creative environment? We’re looking for a dedicated Early Years Teaching Assistant (EYFS) to join our supportive and vibrant team at a warm and welcoming primary school in Brent. This full-time, long-term role offers the opportunity to make a real difference in children's lives as they take their first steps in education.
As an Early Years Teaching Assistant, you’ll support the class teacher in delivering engaging and age-appropriate lessons, helping children to develop their social, emotional, and educational skills. You’ll work one-on-one with children and in small groups, ensuring they feel supported and confident as they explore the world around them.

Application Requirements:
• A genuine passion for working with young children.
• Experience supporting children in an educational setting (EYFS experience preferred).
• Good communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team.
• An understanding of the EYFS curriculum and child development.
• Relevant qualifications (Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification preferred).
Key Responsibilities:
• Support the class teacher in delivering creative and engaging lessons based on the EYFS curriculum.
• Work with children individually and in small groups to help them build confidence and skills.
• Assist in managing classroom behaviour and creating a positive learning environment.
• Help children with their personal, social, and emotional development.
• Provide feedback to the teacher on students’ progress and any areas of concern.
