Voids Labourer
A well established organisation in the Nottingham area are looking for a Voids Labourer to join their team on a temporary contract, initially for 3 months.
As a Voids Labourer, you will be:
Cleaning and clearing empty properties to a high standard.
Disposing of items within the properties
Clearing the garden and other areas
Using petrol powered equipment
General grounds maintenance
As a Voids Labourer, you need:
Experience of undertaking cleaning of domestic properties.
Experience with lifting bulky household items
Knowledge and experience of working within the limits of all Health and Safety legislation relevant to the building industry
UK driving license
In return the Voids Labourer will get
Between £16 to £18 per hour paid weekly
At least a 3 month contract with potential for longer
Use of company vehicle in the day
