Finishing  Foreman

Location – Plymouth, Devon

My client are currently looking for a finishing foreman who is solutions focused and who has experience of working on buildings projects specially industrial buildings

To apply for this role you must have prior experience working as a finishing foreman in a “live construction” environment. Those with experience on buildings and fixturers are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the day-to-day internal finishes on site.

Help manage project in line with the agreed production targets

Manage the work flow of sub-contractors ensuring they’re in line with the programme of works on site

Agree sub-contractors long term and short term programme and monitor performance

The ideal candidate will have:

Finishing  Foreman experience of working on commercial and industrial buildings.

Experience on build side

Good knowledge of modern construction techniques with a strong attention to detail

Managed finishes from conception to completion

Excellent communication skills

Ability to manage subcontractors to ensure the project is finished on time

Able to work to tight deadlines

Ability to work well in a team work in a team

CSCS, SMSTS & First Aid

SC cleared or held clearance previously (Highly desirable)
