The Opportunity:
Our client is seeking a Bid Coordinator to oversee the management of key contractual requirements, reporting and document control processes as part of a response to client deliverables.
The ideal candidate will have exposure to engineering environments, and have some experience and knowledge of project management methodologies and lifecycles, as well as health and safety documentation.
Skills and Experience:
* Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a Bid Coordinator role, preferably in an engineering environment where technology is deployed through field services.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
* Exposure to document control tools (SharePoint, DocuWare, M-Files, Confulence, etc.)
