Job title: Business Facilities Support
Job Type: Contract
Start date: ASAP - Subject to clearance
Duration: 12 months
Salary/ Pay rate/ Benefits: £30/hr Umbrella
Location: Whitehaven
Hours of work: 37-40 hours per week
Applicants must have experience of the following:
- Nuclear industry experience and knowledge
- Able to gain SC clearance
- Good knowledge of office management
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
- Good working knowledge of all relevant regulations and legislation
Role information:
- Ensure office equipment is maintained to the appropriate quantity and quality
- Ensure records are kept up to date
- Carry out health and safety walkarounds
- Ensure PAT testing is carried out annually
- Keep records of expenditures and budgeting
- Arrange services and contracts for office facilities
- Arrange purchase orders via the SAP system
- Assist in creating and managing training curriculums
- Provide support to bids and proposals
