An interim Finance Manager is required for a successful, international business which is a leader in its field. The role is required to capture a handover from someone who is leaving and to provide cover whilst the role is recruited on a permanent basis, it could therefore potentially become permanent for the right candidate.
Reporting to the Finance Manager for EMEA, this role is responsible for managing a team of 5 staff. Duties include;
* Understand financial KPI's (profitability, OPEX, CAPEX, Working Capital, Cashflow etc)
* Understand financial aspects of an international environment
* Responsible for the monthly closing process ensuring that they are in line with IFRS and local GAAP
* Analyse balance sheet accounts
* Prepare and file annual accounts, working with the auditors
* Act as primary point of contact for internal and external audit
This role is offered on a hybrid basis, you will be office based 3 days per week.
Interested candidates will be qualified. You will ideally have worked for an international business and will possess strong analytical skills with the ability to spot trends in numbers. You will ideally be available at short notice and willing to commit to a 6 month, fixed term contract.
