HR Business Partner
Ilkeston, Derbyshire
£40,000 - £50,000 (DOE)
Monday to Friday
We are looking for a HR Business Partner to have overall responsibility for the day-to-day activities of supporting HR managers, dealing with ER matters and following up on strategy and processes. This role is based within a manufacturing company in the Ilkeston area of Derbyshire. You will work closely with other members of the HR team to ensure all HR processes are being followed. This role is a 12-month FTC with possibility of permanent employment upon completion.
Daily duties will include:
Working alongside senior members of the HR team to design and deliver strategic projects and change management initiatives.
Overseeing and maintaining all ER matters and processes such as redundancies, restructuring, and succession planning.
Supporting and coaching HR managers.
Aligning HR strategies with business objectives and producing reports to reflect these matters.
Keep up to date with changes in employment law and implement these into the business.
Engage and coordinate with the key stakeholders of the business.
Experience required for the successful HR Business Partner:
CIPD Level 5 Qualified.
Experience working within a HRBP role.
Previous experience within the engineering and manufacturing sector.
Proficient with HRIS and Microsoft packages.
Strong knowledge of UK employment law.
