Occupational Therapist

Adults Social Care

Contract: 3 months initially with the view of extension

Working hours: Full time, Monday - Friday

Pay rate: £28.09 - £34.87p/h

Location: Enfield

Our Local Authority Client are seeking an Occupational Therapist to support their East Locality Team in Enfield for a temporary contract initially.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' needs, abilities, and living environments to determine the most appropriate equipment and adaptations.

Develop and recommend suitable equipment, aids, and adaptations to enhance clients' independence and quality of life.

Regularly monitor clients' progress and review the effectiveness of recommended equipment, making adjustments as necessary.

Oversee the installation and setup of equipment and modifications, ensuring they meet safety and functionality standards.Requirements:

Must have at least Diploma/BSc in Occupational Therapy or equivalent and have HCPC registration.

Knowledge and experience working in a social care setting.
