Aspire People is excited to announce an opening for a dedicated KS2 Teaching Assistant to join our welcoming school in Stratford-upon-Avon. If you are passionate about supporting students in their learning journey and creating an engaging educational environment, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

Support across KS2 year groups, providing small group and 1-1 assistance.

Collaborate with teachers to implement effective learning strategies.

Help monitor student progress and offer constructive feedback.

Promote an inclusive atmosphere that fosters student confidence and engagement.

Ensure the safety and wellbeing of all students.

Requirements:

Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent) is preferred.

Enhanced DBS on the update service is essential.

Experience working with KS2 students is beneficial.

Strong communication skills and a commitment to supporting student development.
