Interim Factory Manager (6-month Contract) – Food Manufacturing

Location: Pembrokeshire

If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you as an Interim Factory Manager at one of our smaller packing facilities.

Key Responsibilities: As the Factory Manager, you will lead and inspire a small dedicated team at our site. You’ll be responsible for driving the packing manufacturing strategy, ensuring production meets high standards in quality, safety, efficiency, and cost control.

What We’re Looking For:

Proven leadership experience within food manufacturing.

Strong understanding of operational excellence and continuous improvement practices.

Experience managing production teams and implementing hands-on process improvements—this is not a desk job, you'll be actively involved on the factory floor.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively manage customer relationships.

A leader with the ability to inspire, organize, and motivate the team with energy, determination, and a drive to succeed.
