Our client is seeking a diligent Customer Service Executive to join their team on a 6 month basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing first-rate customer service and addressing customer inquiries.

Our client is a well established business based in Ashford, seeking an experienced customer service exec to join their busy team on a FTC basis.
Description
Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and social media
Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint
Maintain customer records by updating account information
Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
Recommend potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analysing customer needs
Manage large amounts of incoming calls
Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communicationProfile
The successful candidate:
Immediately available and able to commit to a 6 month FTC
Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively
Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of charactersJob Offer
A competitive salary in the range of £25,200 - £29000 per annum
