Salary: Up to £35,000 (dependent on experience)

Position: Temporary to Permanent

We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a prestigious high-end residential developer, who is looking to hire a skilled Finishing Foreman. This is an exciting opportunity to join their team on a temporary-to-permanent basis, with the potential for long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Focus on customer care, addressing and resolving any customer care items promptly and professionally.

Create and distribute snagging lists to contractors, ensuring high standards of completion.

Liaise with contractors to monitor progress and ensure snagging items are completed within deadlines.

Perform minor finishing tasks to a high standard when required.

Ideal Candidate:

Hands-on experience in a trade, with the ability to perform small finishing works.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work well with both contractors and customers.

Attention to detail, with a focus on delivering top-quality finishes.

Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks.

Required Qualifications:

CSCS Card

First Aid Certificate

SSSTS or SMSTS Qualification
