About the role: Supply Teaching Assistant: Are you looking for a flexible and rewarding role as a Teaching Assistant Join our lovely partner schools in Hornchurch, where you’ll have the chance to make a real difference in students' lives while enjoying a supportive, friendly environment. As a Supply Teaching Assistant, you’ll work with SEN students and help create an inclusive, engaging classroom where all children can thrive. You'll step into various classrooms and provide valuable support to students and teachers. Your key responsibilities include assisting SEN students, helping them engage with lessons, and ensuring they receive the support they need. Whether you’re working 1:1 with a child or supporting a small group, your contribution will be essential in creating a positive learning environment.

Application Requirements:
• Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant or similar role.
• A genuine passion for working with children and supporting SEN needs.
• Right to work in the UK and an enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively support students and work within a team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide tailored support for SEN students in Key Stage 1 and 2.
• Collaborate with teachers to enhance student learning.
• Assist in creating a calm, positive learning environment.
• Offer 1:1 and small group support.
• Help maintain classroom routines and student engagement.
