Learning Mentor - Tower Hamlets - Secondary School - Immediate Start - £80 - £100 per Day

Teach 360 is looking for a dedicated Learning Mentor to join a vibrant secondary school in Tower Hamlets. This role is suitable for individuals with experience working with young people facing challenges related to behavior, SEMH (Social, Emotional, and Mental Health), or SEN (Special Educational Needs). Roles and Responsibilities:

Assist students during lessons and activities in various ways.

Promote positive behavior and develop strong relationships with students.

Collaborate with students to create action plans and monitor their progress.

Support families by maintaining records, preparing reports, and offering guidance.

Work alongside teachers and other professionals, including social workers and educational psychologists.

Listen actively to students' concerns and provide necessary support.

Develop plans to address issues and discuss solutions with students.

Offer personalized support, advice, and guidance tailored to individual needs.
