As the Payroll Analyst, you will join the team on a minimum term until December 2025, working through payroll data - streamlining, average assessments, compliance auditing, identifying bottlenecks and more!

Manipulating payroll data within Excel
Manual calculations of payroll data relating to holiday pay, SSP and more
Reviewing annual holiday year for all employees Profile
A successful Payroll Analyst should have:
A strong background within MS Excel, payroll data manipulation (essential)
A high level of proficiency in multiple payroll platforms (highly desirable)
Awareness of payroll procedures and process
Team orientated and able to collaborate with numerous stakeholders within Payroll, Finance and HR.
Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail

Payroll Analyst
Salary (Dependent on experience and Interview Performance) - Ranging from £35,000 - £40,000 per annum
Fixed Term Contract - 14 months minimum (Until December 2025)
37.5 hours per week (core hours are 10am - 4pm)
Hybrid working - Typically 2 days per week in the office maximum (during pay week, occasionally this increases)
Easy access via public transport - Reading based (Free parking on site also!)
