Job title - Site Support Administrator
Location: Norfolk, PE14 7JD
Contract length: 12 months (Part Time)

Randstad Sourceright, a leading provider of RPO & MSP Recruitment Services is currently recruiting for a Site Support Administrator
The Role:
Responsible for general office administration, including minute-taking, timesheet preparation, and filing. Will maintain key trackers (Task Card, FLC, Risk Register) and support cost monitoring, variation identification, and reporting. Assists with delays, PO control, document management, and asset reporting. Strong organizational skills and collaboration with the Site Manager essential.
Responsibilities:
* General Office Administration Duties, as required by the Site Management.
* Taking Meeting Minutes, Preparing Timesheets, Filing, Etc.
* Highlight Savings or Overspends
* Submit on Monthly Basis
* Report reasons for Changes to FLC as advised by the Site Manager
Key Skills and experience required:
* With Support, identify potentially claimable variations to client or others
* With Support, provide cost estimate
* Monitor Progress of Variations with Site Manager Support
* Month on month cost movement bridge with support
