An experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk is required to join a leading industrial and manufacturing company based in Birkenhead. The role involves maintaining the purchase ledger, managing supplier accounts and liaising with suppliers.

Description
Managing and maintaining the purchase ledger
Handling supplier account enquiries
Processing invoices and payments accurately and promptly
Performing monthly reconciliations
Assisting with month-end closing processes
Working closely with the wider finance team
Assisting with ad-hoc financial duties as required
Maintaining supplier relationshipsProfile
A successful Purchase Ledger Clerk should have:
A strong background with a focus on accounting or finance
Proficiency in purchase ledger and finance systems
Excellent attention to detail and numerical accuracy
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
The ability to work as part of a team and independently
Experience in the industrial/manufacturing sector is beneficialJob Offer
