SF Recruitment have recently partnered with a rapidly growing white collar organisation based on the outskirts of south Birmingham. We are looking for a HR Administrator to come and join this growing and forward-thinking team! This role is initially a 3 month FTC with a high chance of turning into a permeant role.
This role is ideal for someone with a strong generalist admin background, HR knowledge and experience is ideal. We are looking for someone with high attention to detail, someone with excellent communication skills who is confident in a growing and fast-pace environment.
The successful candidate will have to undertake security clearance including DBS checks.
Salary: £28,500 DOE
Hours: 09:00- 17:30 (3 days on site - 2 days from home)
Role
- General HR administration and ad-hoc tasks
- Process new starter documents
- Maintain employee records and HR system
- Management of the HR inbox
- Compliance and HR data
- Coordinating the induction process and support senior management in meeting when required.
Required
- 12 months experience working with in a HR team / admin role
- Strong IT stills proficient in MS Excel
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment
