Working Site Foreman

Location: Crewe

Salary: Negotiable (depending on experience)

As the Working Site Foreman, you’ll play a key role in ensuring that every project runs smoothly, safely, and on time.

Some of your responsibilities will include:

Coordinating day-to-day tasks and adjusting plans as needed.

Managing the on-site team and subcontractors, ensuring everything is organised and on schedule.

Overseeing health and safety, providing training, and making sure everyone is working safely.

Keeping management updated on project status and ensuring work is completed within budget and on time.

Working hands-on as needed, ensuring projects stay on track.

Communicating with clients and making sure they’re happy with progress.

Identifying cost-saving opportunities where possible. What You’ll Need to Succeed

To hit the ground running as the Working Site Foreman, you’ll need - 

Experience managing teams and projects, with a solid understanding of Health & Safety (SSSTS or SMSTS preferred).

At least 5 years’ experience in Civils & Groundworks, with an up-to-date CSCS card

A full valid driving licence.

Willingness to travel nationwide and work away from home when required.

Strong communication and leadership skills, with a can-do attitude.

Computer literacy and good IT skills. What’s In It for You?
