Junior Business Analyst

Inside IR35

Hybrid working

3 Month contract

Focus of the role is the clean-up of the IT equipment assigned to company resources (laptops, tablets, and phones).

Using data held in our CMDB the role will be expected to contact individuals who have more than 1 device type assigned to them, i.e. more than 1 laptop. The individual will use Teams, email, and voice to contact each user.

Depending on the response received the individual may need to arrange the collection of the device, engage with the 3rd party who support the device, as well as record all information in an excel spreadsheet.

Requirements:

* Confident usage of MS Office Suite of products especially Excel and Teams

* Excellent interpersonal skills, capable of effectively engaging with all levels of an organisation (junior to senior)

* Strong documentation skills with keen attention to detail.

* Demonstrated customer-facing experience with a focus on understanding and addressing client needs.

* Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking.
