Are you looking for varied EA role working for a technology start up business based in Cambridge City Centre?
Reporting to the Senior EA, you will be supporting 4 senior leaders within the business.
This role is being offered on a 12-month FTC, starting in mid-November, this gives time for a handover with the current EA going on maternity leave.
Salary range is from £30,000 - £40,000 depending on experience.
Hybrid working – 4 days on site to start with, this will move to 3 days once you are established in post.
The role:
Diary management
Travel arrangements - UK and International
Develop and edit presentations
Preparing agendas and letters
Coordinating meetings, off-site events and VIP visits
Taking minutes in SLT meetings
Proof reading, sending out newsletters And supporting the Chief Marketing Officer with marketing admin duties
Providing cover for the Senior EA when required.
About you:
Experience of working in a technical growing start up environment would be ideal
Expertise in all MS packages, word, excel, powerpoint, teams and zoom
Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks for more than one person
Previous experience of working as a PA / EA supporting more than one senior leader.
Able to work in Cambridge city centre (limited parking available)
