Title: Payroll Specialist
Location: London EC3A - Hybrid
Contract: 3 months
Rate: £15ph - £16ph
JGA are partnered with an exciting, market leading business in their sector looking for assistance with their UK payroll requirements.
This is a hybrid role, 4 days per week in the London office until January, decreasing to 2 days per week in office after.
Responsibilities:
Managing all PAYE related queries for 450+ staff, 50% of which are in the UK
Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.
Assist with the administration of workplace pension schemes, including enrolment, contributions, and reporting.
Managing employee & HMRC queries.
Advise clients on latest HMRC legislative changes.
Requirements:
Knowledge of UK payroll (essential)l
Proven experience in payroll administration, with a strong understanding of payroll processes and regulations.
Experience with workplace pension administration.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex payroll concepts clearly.
