Job Description

Eden Brown Synergy have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Occupational Therapist to join the community team in Birmingham.

Your role as an Occupational Therapist will be primarily to focus on Continuing Health Care.

You will be conducting assessments following hospital discharge. You will be working with more complex citizens and completing manual handling assessments

The role is home based and completing home visits within Birmingham- citizens properties.

You will need to have knowledge and must have experience with Continuing Health Care.

This role is paying £30.25 an hour.
