We are seeking a team of 6 dedicated and experienced CCDO labourers to join our team and work on a busy commercial site in Birmingham
CCDO labourers Benefits:
Competitive hourly rates of £19per hour (Umbrella CIS) - equivalent to £14.5 per hour PAYE direct
2 months contract duration
8 hours work days
Saturday available to work - early finish, full day paid

CCDO labourer the role:
Assist in setting up and preparing demolition sites.
Ensure the work area is clean and free from hazards.
Help with the erection and maintenance of site hoardings, fencing, and barriers.
Follow instructions from site supervisors or managers during demolition activities.
Safely handle and transport materials and tools across the site.
Assist with the removal of debris, waste, and rubble from demolition areas.
Operate basic hand tools and mechanical equipment (if trained) required for demolition tasks.
Adhere to all health and safety guidelines, including the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as hard hats, high-visibility vests, gloves, and boots.
Assist with the identification of potential hazards and report them to supervisors.
Follow all safety protocols specific to demolition, including those related to asbestos and other hazardous materials.
Load and unload construction materials, tools, and equipment.
Sort and segregate waste materials for recycling or disposal.
Transport materials manually or with machinery, depending on qualifications.
Work collaboratively with other team members on-site.
Assist in the proper storage and management of tools and materials.
Perform other general labouring tasks as directed.
CCDO Labourer requirements:
CCDO blue Card - Mandatory certification demonstrating competence in demolition operations.
Must be physically capable of lifting heavy materials and working in demanding conditions.
Understanding of construction site health and safety protocols, including asbestos awareness (if required).
Ability to work well with others and follow instructions efficiently.
Reliable, punctual, and willing to work in various weather conditions.
