We are currently recruiting for an Energy Operations Advisor based in Bedford for one of our clients on a 6-month contract basis. Our client is a leading global energy management company.
Responsibilities of the Energy Operations Advisor
Ensure timely and accurate bills for our customers.
Establishing relationships with key suppliers.
Responding to queries and raising service desk tickets where needed.
Working with partners around settlement validations and exceptions of meter readings.
Provide input into the development of communications for events in the customer journey.
Refining requirements, managing backlog and providing input on User acceptance testing and running platform.
Providing assistance to finance in validating industry invoices.
Requirements for a successful Energy Operations Advisor
Experience working within an Energy Supply Company previously.
Experience designing customer journeys for a multi-channel digital platform
Flexible with excellent multitasking skills.
Keen to learn.
Good communication skills
Understand meter reading and billing

Summary of the Energy Operations Advisor role
Salary: £27,000 per annum
Location: Bedford, Hybrid - 2 days in the office
Type of Contract: 6 Month Fixed Term Contract, Full-time
Hours: Monday – Friday 9:00am – 5:30pm (flexible)
