Are you an SEN TA looking for a new position after October half term? If so, I have an exciting new opening at a fantastic Primary School near Leatherhead, Surrey. We are looking for an additional SEN TA passionate about making a real difference in children's and young people's lives in Leatherhead, Surrey.

As a SEN TA at our Primary School, you'll play a crucial role in nurturing and empowering our students with SEN, providing personalised support to help them thrive academically, socially, and emotionally. Your responsibilities will include:

Supporting SEN pupils on a 1 to 1 basis in various subjects and activities, tailored to their individual needs and learning styles.

Supporting the inclusion and integration of SEN pupils within classroom settings, ensuring they feel valued and supported.

Collaborating closely with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement effective strategies for student progress and development.

Providing pastoral care and emotional support to students, fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment for all.

Commuting to Leatherhead, Surrey.

The ideal SEN TA will possess:

Previous experience working with children, particularly those with SEN (desired but not essential).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students, and colleagues.

A patient, empathetic approach, with the ability to adapt to the diverse needs of our students.

A genuine passion for education and a dedication to promoting the well-being and academic success of every child.
