A Local Authority in London are looking for their next Private Sector Housing Officer!

For this role, you'll be required to have experience in:

🏡Private Sector Housing Enforcement and in supporting condition complaints.

🏡 Completing HMO inspections under The Housing Act 2004 and HHSRS guidelines.

🏡 Preparing evidence for court tribunals and hearings.

This is a 6 month role, with a mixture of both home working, and working in the picturesque area to complete inspections.

🗓️ Interview Date: Friday the 25th of October.
