Interviews are set to take place w/c 4th November.
Reporting into the Community Service Manager you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the Learning Disabilities team.
About the Team Manager for Learning Disabilities role:
Overseeing assessments for Social Workers and Senior Social Workers
Day to day running of the team including 6 direct reports
Deputise for Service Manager when needed
Provide duty management across CLDS
Working across multi-disciplinary teams
Your previous experience as a Team Manager for Learning Disabilities:
Registered Social Worker
3 years Learning Disabilities experience
Excellent written and oral communication
Strong leaderships skills
Able to come in and hit the ground running.
You must have Learning disabilities experience within a Local Authority to be considered for this role.
