NonStop Care are currently working alongside an amazing team in Greater Manchester who are seeking experienced adult social workers for their new Preparing for Adulthood team, which is focusing on delivering impactful and timely assessments for young people transitioning into Adult Services. Requirements:
Degree in social care
Social Work England registration
