* Creating a positive, inclusive classroom atmosphere where students feel safe and encouraged to explore their abilities.
* Collaborating with staff and specialists to provide the best educational experience possible for the students.
The Ideal Candidate:
* Qualified Teacher (QT) or Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE) with a background in Food Technology.
* Recently qualified or experienced, but most importantly, you’ll have a genuine passion for working with SEN students.
* Adaptable and flexible in your teaching approach, able to modify lessons to meet varying abilities.
* Creative and engaging with a proven ability to design lessons that spark interest and participation.
* Committed and dedicated to your students’ success, always striving to create an atmosphere of inclusivity and positivity.
Why You’ll Love This Role:
* You’ll be part of a school that values inclusivity and the individuality of every student.
* You’ll have the opportunity to shape engaging food tech lessons, using your creativity and passion to bring out the best in your students.
* The satisfaction of working in small groups means you’ll see the direct impact of your teaching every day.
This is your chance to make a difference in a school that prioritizes an inclusive, supportive environment where students can thrive both academically and personally. If you’re committed, enthusiastic, and ready to dive in, we want to hear from you.
