* 12 month contract
* Paying c£250 per day (via Umbrella)
The Opportunity:
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with supply chain order entry and customer services experience to work with an experienced and dedicated Customer Services team based in the High Holborn office in Central London.
Candidates will be comfortable consulting across a variety of stakeholders and will need a resilient approach to their day-to-day work, with the ability to operate in a process-driven environment and constantly deliver under time pressure.
The purpose of this position is to undertake the day-to-day OTC activities including managing the accounts receivable ledger, performing customer reconciliations, payment allocation, processing and resolving customer queries.
Skills and Experience:
* SAP experience within Order-to-Cash (OTC) for order processing
* Supply Chain experience is essential, preferably of the UK market working with the SAP suite of products
* Patient and customer focused at all times
* Able to become quickly expert in financial and supply-chain IT systems
* Able to work competently with Excel spreadsheets
