We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate EYFS Teaching Assistant to join a vibrant primary school in Hackney. This role is focused on supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) within the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).

Key Responsibilities:

Provide 1:1 and small group support to SEN pupils in EYFS.

Work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to implement tailored learning strategies.

Assist with the personal care needs of students, where necessary.

Promote a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Help with classroom setup and maintain a safe, stimulating environment for young learners.Requirements:

Previous experience working within EYFS, ideally supporting SEN children.

Strong understanding of SEN needs and strategies to support them.

Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent.

Patience, empathy, and the ability to build positive relationships with young children.What We Offer:
