About the role:
We are seeking a dedicated EYFS Teacher to join our team, with the start date ASAP. This position is available due to a new addition to the team, reflecting our commitment to expanding our early years provision and enhancing the learning experiences for our youngest learners. The role is full-time, allowing you to immerse yourself fully in our vibrant school community.
The interview and recruitment process will consist of two stages: an initial face-to-face interview followed by an opportunity to participate in a trial day, where candidates can showcase their teaching style and engage with our students. Application Requirements:
• A relevant qualification in Early Years Education or Primary Teaching with Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• A strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum and its implementation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with children, parents, and colleagues.
• A creative approach to teaching that fosters engagement and encourages children’s developmental growth.
• A commitment to creating a supportive and inclusive classroom environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement creative lesson plans that align with the EYFS curriculum.
• Foster positive relationships with students and create a sense of belonging within the classroom.
• Engage with parents and caregivers to support children’s learning and development at home.
• Monitor and evaluate student progress, providing feedback and support as needed.
• Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching practices.
