Senior Quantity Surveyor Opportunity – Competitive Day Rate

A respected surveying consultancy is seeking a skilled Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their dynamic team. Specialising in a wide range of projects, including residential, commercial, and industrial sectors, they provide tailored, precise, and efficient solutions to meet diverse client needs. In this role, you will be embedded with their clients, who are leading main contractors and developers. Currently, they need someone for a large-scale high-rise residential project.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage client valuations, ensuring timely and accurate assessments.

Handle subcontractor (SC) orders for back-end packages, with the structural framework already in place.

Oversee SC payments across all types, with flexibility for remote working.

No direct CVR reporting required, as this is managed externally.

Work Structure:

3 days hybrid working.

1 day in the Basingstoke office.

1 day in Bordon, with the option for remote SC payment management.

This role offers a competitive day rate of £310 - £330 per day, including travel expenses, with parking covered.
