Join Our Team as a Waking Night Support Worker - Physical disabilities and acquired brain Injury
Location:Hybrid – must be able to travel around the south of england as required
Salary:£35,000 - £40,000 per annum
Hours:
35 hours per week
Contract:3 months (Fixed Term Contract)

Essential Criteria
To be considered for this position, you will demonstrate exposure to to the following:
Proven experience in managing complex employee relations investigations, including grievances
Ability to navigate complex situations and communicate clearly
Ability to coach and train managers in a supportive and positive way
Full UK driving licence with own vehicle and ability to travel as required across the South of the UK. The Role
We are looking for an ER Investigations Lead to manage employee relations cases and investigations from start to finish. You will be responsible for planning and carrying out investigations, gathering evidence, and preparing detailed reports, ensuring a fair and transparent process for all. You will manage a caseload of investigations, working closely with the people partnering team to ensure compliance with data protection and SeeAbility's values. Alongside this, you will coach and upskill managers, building their confidence to handle investigations independently. By delivering training and creating resources, you will help managers understand employee relations processes, promoting a culture of fairness and inclusion for both colleagues and the people we support.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage employee relations cases and investigations, including interviews and report writing
• Plan and manage investigations from start to finish, gathering evidence and chairing meetings
• Handle multiple investigations, maintaining accurate case documentation
• Provide objective findings and recommendations for corrective actions
• Support a culture of inclusion and fairness, considering the needs of colleagues and the people we support
• Coach and upskill managers to build their confidence in conducting investigations
• Deliver training sessions on employee relations resolution
• Work closely with the People Partnering team to align investigations with SeeAbility’s values and policies
• Create learning resources to support managers in understanding employee relations processes
What We're Looking For

• Experience in managing sensitive and emotive situations with confidence and credibility
• Strong problem-solving and consulting skills, with commercial awareness
• Knowledge of current employment law and best practices in employee relations
• Ability to coach and train managers in a supportive and positive way
• Excellent communication and organisational skills, with attention to detail
• A commitment to SeeAbility’s values and promoting fairness and respect
• Full uk driving licence and ability to travel as required across the South of the UK.
