IT Help Desk Technician
London/Remote

My client is an international B2C who have the opportunity for a Help Desk Technician to join their technology team and provide technical assistance and support across the EMEA region.
In this role you will be providing first line support across their whole business estate, supporting users to identify issues, owning the technical escalation of 1st line end user support for computer related questions. You will be providing first level support for all Windows and Mac hardware related issues for end users, as well as supporting Windows servers and Desktop computers and Laptops
To be successful in your application you must have experience:
2+ years of experience in an IT helpdesk role.
Knowledgeable in Windows Server, Active Directory, Azure, Office 365, and other similar Cloud based platforms.
Experienced with Virtualization (VMware and/or Hyper-V).
Be able to work well within a team and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
