About the role: Are you passionate about helping young learners succeed? A warm and inclusive primary school in Cricklewood is looking for a dedicated KS1 Teaching Assistant to join their team! This part-time role is perfect for someone who wants to make a difference by supporting students in their academic journey, especially those with SEN or who need extra academic support. As a KS1 Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with the class teacher to provide targeted support to pupils with Special Educational Needs and those who require academic assistance. This role involves working one-on-one with students and in small groups, focusing on interventions and boosters to help children meet their learning goals. Application Requirements:
• Experience working with KS1 children.
• Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (beneficial but not essential).
• A passion for helping children succeed academically and emotionally.
• A strong team player with excellent communication skills.
