Position: Early Years Supply Practitioners (Qualified Level 2, Level 3, and Unqualified)
Location: Harrogate, North Yorkshire

Role Overview:
Do you have a passion for working with young children and want to make a meaningful impact on their development? We are on the lookout for enthusiastic Level 2 and Level 3 Early Years Practitioners, as well as caring individuals without formal qualifications, to join our supply team in Harrogate. This is a flexible role where you can provide cover in various early years settings, helping to create a safe, stimulating, and fun environment for children aged 0-5.
Your Role:
Step into multiple childcare settings to provide nurturing care and engaging educational experiences for young children.
Encourage and support children's social and emotional growth through creative play and exploration.
Work alongside nursery teams to design and deliver age-appropriate activities.
Build positive, trusting relationships with children and their parents or caregivers.
Maintain a secure and welcoming atmosphere in every setting you work within.
What We're Seeking:
Qualifications: Ideally, a Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent) is preferred, but we also welcome applications from unqualified candidates who are eager to learn and have a natural affinity for childcare.
Experience: Experience in early years settings is advantageous, but we value enthusiasm and a strong desire to work with children above all.
Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach.
Adaptability and a willingness to immerse yourself in different environments.
A valid DBS check (or willingness to undergo one).
