Salary: Competitive, based on experience

Responsibilities:

Supporting classroom teachers in delivering engaging lessons across a variety of subjects

Providing 1:1 support and small group interventions to students who may need additional help

Assisting with lesson planning, resource preparation, and classroom management

Supporting students with special educational needs (SEN) as required

Contributing to a positive and inclusive learning environment

Helping with exam preparation and revision sessions

Requirements:

A degree (any subject considered)

A genuine passion for education and supporting students

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

An ability to work collaboratively with teachers, staff, and students

Flexibility and a proactive approach to assisting in the classroom

DBS on the Update Service is essential

Preferred:
