Based in Birmingham | onsite role with available parking
Full Time role | 8:00am to 5:00pm | Monday to Friday
Temp role for at least 3 months | potential for the role to become permanent
Pay rate of up to £12.00 per hour + holiday pay (depending on experience)
One of my exclusive Nationwide clients is recruiting for an Administrator on a Temp to Permanent basis for their office in Birmingham.
The successful applicant will be responsible for providing comprehensive Administration support to the business, as well as their clients & customers.
Duties involved in this role will include:
* Carrying out both physical and electronic filing, renaming and adding paperwork to customer files
* Raising of purchase orders when required, accurately inputting into & filing orders relating to customers & jobs accurately
* Reconciling time sheets against hours worked and hours billed to clients
* Answering incoming calls to the business, dealing with enquiries as they come in & transferring calls where required
* Creating & maintaining Excel spreadsheets & Word documents
* Assisting with the scheduling of Engineering works
* Various other ad hoc administration duties as & when required
In order to be considered for this role your skills and experience should include:
* Previous experience in an Administration role - this experience is ESSENTIAL
* Excellent interpersonal & communication skills, both written and verbal with the ability to deal with stakeholders at all levels of the business
* Excellent organisations skills with the ability to manage a busy workload effectively
* Solid IT Skills including solid skills on both Word & Excel
