Job Title: Human Resources Business Partner
Location: Mayfair, City of Westminster
Remuneration: Hourly Rate £70 - £78
Contract Details: Temporary, 12 months
Responsibilities:
Our client, a leading organisation in the HR industry, is seeking a skilled and experienced Human Resources Business Partner to join their team. Located in Mayfair, City of Westminster, our client's office is conveniently situated just a 5-minute walk away from Piccadilly Circus train station.
As a Human Resources Business Partner, you will be responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management in designated business units. You will play a crucial role in building strong partnerships across the HR function, delivering value-added services that reflect the organisation's business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct weekly meetings with respective business units.
Consult with line management, providing HR guidance when appropriate.
Analyse trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions, programmes, and policies.
Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, conducting effective and objective investigations.
Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day employee management, ensuring regulatory compliance.
Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to line management, including coaching, counselling, career development, and disciplinary actions.
Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
Provide HR policy guidance and interpretation.
Develop contract terms for new hires, promotions, and transfers.
Assist international employees with expatriate assignments and related HR matters.
Provide guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning, and succession planning.
Identify training needs for business units and executive coaching needs.
Participate in the evaluation and monitoring of training programmes, ensuring successful outcomes.
Perform other related duties as assigned.Required Skills/Abilities:

Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to comprehend, interpret, and apply applicable laws, guidelines, regulations, ordinances, and policies.
Thorough understanding of hierarchy, job qualifications, compensation practises, and administrative practises.
Excellent time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.Education and Experience:
Working knowledge of multiple HR disciplines.
Familiarity with compensation practises, organisational diagnosis, employee and union relations, diversity, performance management, and employment laws.
Bachelor's degree preferred.
