Electric Car SchemeThe Role: As the Information Management Advisor, you'll be the go-to expert for managing and optimising their Electronic Document Management System (EDMS) and SharePoint platform. Your work will be crucial to the smooth running of the business, ensuring compliance, implementing best practices, and training staff to make the most of the systems.
Your Key Responsibilities:
Administer and manage EDMS and SharePoint
Develop and streamline workflows using M365 Power Automate
Ensure systems evolve with the company's growth
Conduct audits and enforce best information management practices
Train staff and external partners on EDMS use
Troubleshoot, monitor progress, and solve issues
Shape and improve the company's Information Management Strategy
Apply retention and document destruction protocolsWhat You Bring:
Strong organisational and team-working skills
Excellent attention to detail and time management
Top-notch communication skills, both written and verbal
Expertise in electronic document management systems (SharePoint experience preferred)
