Teaching Assistant | Harrow, HA3 | £90-£105 per day | Long-term to Permanent | Immediate Start

A primary school in Harrow, HA3, is seeking a skilled Teaching Assistant for an immediate start. This position offers the chance to work closely with Year 1 and Year 2 pupils, particularly those with SEN, and lead interventions aimed at enhancing their learning and development.

Assisting classroom instruction and activities for Year 1 and Year 2 students.

Providing individualised and small group support for children with special educational needs, helping them meet their learning objectives.

Planning and delivering focused interventions to support academic and personal growth.

Monitoring and recording student progress through observation.

Collaborating with the teaching team to tailor support strategies for individual students.Requirements:

Prior experience as a Teaching Assistant, ideally with a focus on SEN pupils.

Experience supporting primary school children, particularly in Key Stage 1.

A relevant qualification or degree in education or a related field.
