Role: Facilities (Internal) Communications Specialist
Location: Remote
Duration: 12 Months
Your mission:
The Junoir Facilities Communications Specialist is an effective communicator, whose responsibility it is to support in curating intradepartmental communications for the global facilities team.
What you can expect:
Maintain intradepartmental SharePoint Sites (specifically, written content)
Develop messaging,PPT presentations, newsletters, FAQs, and other communications
Support in deploying strategic stakeholder communication plans as needed for the department
Experience in organizing town halls, all hand meetings and engaging with global internal stakeholders
Editing and proofreading of Facilities departmental written content for different business purposes
Your Profile:
Strong experience gained in an internal communications role, collaborating with colleagues in multiple locations
Experience in drafting and publishing of written content
Strong project management skills and high level of attention to detail
Highly collaborative, respectful, and open towards others and eager to learn from others
Positive and flexible attitude; proactive problem-solver, who can demonstrate initiative and ownership
Work well individually and while collaborating cross-functionally
Proficient with Microsoft applications (Office, Teams, Outlook, etc.)
Desirable experience creating promotional assets using creative tools such as Canva, Adobe or other creative software with sound knowledge of design principles.
